Brazilian BLACK GRAPHITE slate (Montauk Black, Preta, Negra) is the most popular Brazilian slate and, of course, our best seller.

Beautiful, especially in Natural surface, you can meet this slate in commercial and residencial buildings - offices, houses, malls, train stations, airports, etc.

It can be used both for internal and external applications, as is very dense and has very low water absorption.

MULTICOLOR SLATE

Multicolor Slate Tiles - high quality natural Brazilian slate, quarried in Minas Gerais state.

This slate is very particular because of the great colors and the rustic look it has - varies in color from dark grey green through to gold/rust/reds tones*.

These slate tiles are hand split and machine calibrated to exact thickness of 10 mm, what makes it very easy to install! (You’ll have no problems with the leveling!). Diamond sawn straight edges enable tiling with much tighter grout joints, avoiding slipping of tiles and achieving a much flatter floor.

Application: are suitable for inside and outside applications, as multicolor slate tiles are not just water proof and frost proof (will not freeze over and crack), but also has non-fading colors (even in UV light!).

Inside slate can be used everywhere - wall cladding, flooring, stairs, sills, giving a rustic or modern look for the area depend upon the surrounding objects. It perfectly combines with wood, copper, old look furniture, brown leather & paint.

As Multicolor slate tiles are exceptionally durable and impermeable to water, it can be used in kitchens and bathrooms. Multicolor Slate Tiles make wonderful kitchen floors and kitchen backsplashes, giving the area a wonderful country kitchen feel. Non-absorbent and non-slip nature of this slate makes it perfect for shower walls, shower pans, and floors in the bathroom.

Outside, Multicolor Slate Tiles are great for patios, decks, porches, etc. Its many colors and patterns make is very versatile. Also as this slate is very hard and durable it can be used in high traffic areas**.

Note:

* During installation try to vary the tiles as much as possible so the same colors were not too prominent in any one area.

** For driveways we recommend you to use thicker tiles as 2 /2,5 / 3 cm thickness
